Key Appointed Rep and TPR deadlines

FCA’s latest edition of “regulation round up” summarises recent publications and key deadlines, and also:

• says it will send the promised s165 request to all principal firms asking for information about their ARs between 8 and 10 December. The survey will be sent to the firm’s principal Connect user and firms will have until 23 February 2023 to respond;
• says that all firms within the TPR must have applied for authorisation by 31 December 2022. Any other firm still in the TPR must take action to leave it; and
• reminds firms that have until 2 December to respond to its consultation on replacing the financial resilience survey.
