Mark Steward to step down as FCA Enforcement chief

Mark Steward is to step down as FCA’s executive director of enforcement and market oversight after 7 years.  He will leave FCA in Spring 2023. In addition to leading many key precedent-setting cases, Mr Steward has been at the forefront of FCA’s ScamSmart campaign.
