Treasury Committee publishes BoE views on FSM Bill

The Treasury Committee has published a letter received from Andrew Bailey about the FSM Bill, in which the BoE welcomes the Future Regulatory Framework measures set out in the Bill, and supports the proposals for regulatory to have increased responsibility for setting regulatory requirements.  He notes that PRA is to publish its discussion paper on these matters in September.
