FCA says applicants must prove ability to comply with Consumer Duty

FCA has updated its website in relation to applications for authorisation in light of its publication of the final rules on the Consumer Duty.  It now says that it expects all applicants for authorisation or VOPs to be able to show they can comply with it from now on.
