FATF looks at DP, technology and private sector information sharing

FATF has published a report looking at how collaborative analysis and ways of bringing data together can help financial institutions to build a clearer picture of the large and complex puzzle of transactions of which each institution sees only a small part.  FATF is making suggestions to jurisdictions as to how they can enhance, design and implement collaboration initiatives, while taking account of the key requirements of privacy and data protection legislation.
