Emma RadmoreOFSI has updated its list of all asset freeze targets and has also published separately an updated list of persons named in relation to financial and investment restrictions related to Russia, together with guidance on the format change for the Consolidated List.
It has also updated its information on general licenses in relation to transferable securities, money market instruments, loans and credit arrangements, and correspondent banking relationships and processing sterling payments, including in relation to energy, while Treasury has amended the Russia (Sanctions)(EU Exit) Regulations to increase permitted measures in relation to these transactions.
