Ombudsman News features data, diversity and storm damage

The latest edition of Ombudsman News features items on the latest complaints data and the FOS diversity, inclusion and wellbeing reports featured in other posts, and also notes that FOS often sees complaints from consumers who feel their claims for storm and flood damage have been handled poorly by insurers, or where the claim has been rejected. FOS urges firms to speak to it if they would like an informal discussion about a complaint they have received.  It published guidance last year which is still current.
