FCA to register first UK securitisation repositories

From 17 January 2022, public securitisations within the scope of the UK Securitisations Regulation must be reported to a Securitisations Repository (SR) that is registered and supervised by the FCA. The FCA has announced that it has decided to register European DataWarehouse Ltd and SecRep Limited as SRs, with effect from 17 January.
