PSR publishes consultation on Specific Direction for free-to-use ATMs

The PSR is proposing to issue a new Specific Direction to support LINK in meeting the objective of continuing to maintain a broad geographic coverage of the Free-to-Use ATM network in the UK. The draft Specific Direction, which is now open for consultation, requires that the operator of LINK maintains appropriate policies and measures to ensure this objective is met.

The new Direction will replace Specific Direction 8, which expires on 2 January 2022.

The consultation ends on 16 November 2021.
