Lucy HadrillIn February 2021, UK Finance published the Future Ready Payments 2030 report which set out an ambitious 10-year strategy for the payments industry.
The recently-formed Payments Standards Strategy Group (PSSG) has now published a report which outlines several recommendations for the industry to enable better coordination and collaboration between payment standard providers and their respective communities. The report proposes that the vehicle for the PSSG’s recommendations should be the creation of a UK Payment Standards Engagement Forum, and sets out a roadmap for its implementation.
