PRA consults on insurance business transfers

The PRA has launched a consultation on its approach to insurance business transfers. The proposals update the PRA’s approach following legislative changes post-Brexit and provide greater clarity on the PRA’s expectations of firms with regard to Part VII transfers.

The consultation closes on 28 October 2021.
