Emma RadmorePRA has published the results of its 2020 firm feedback survey. The survey asked questions aiming to understand whether firms consider that PRA understands the firm and its business and the it has appropriate access to the regulator and necessary materials; and whether the PRA communicates well with firms. On the whole, the results were slightly better than in 2019, with all levels reaching a score of “agree”.
