UK sanctions and AML regulations extended to the Isle of Man and overseas territories

The UK government has published the Global Anti-Corruption Sanctions (Isle of Man) Order 2021 and the Global Anti-Corruption Sanctions (Overseas Territories) Order 2021 which came into effect on 29 April 2021.

The Order extends the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 and Global Anti-Corruption Sanctions Regulations 2021 to the Isle of Man and overseas territories.
