Hannah FrostThe FCA has published its Authorisations Quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing key metrics on the performance of the FCA’s Authorisations Division.
KPIs are provided for:
- Authorisations;
- Cancellations;
- Variations of Permission;
- Payment Services and E-money;
- Waivers;
- Change in Control;
- Part VII Transfers; and
- Approved Persons
It has largely met its service standards, taking an average of around 19 weeks for authorisation applications. It missed its deadline on 11 applications. Change in control applications were averaging around 7 weeks, with all determined within the deadline.
