FOS approach to CCA complaints

The FOS has published a website setting out its general approach to complaints about consumer credit products.

The website sets out details of the types of complaints the FOS will consider, their approach to reviewing them and sets out other related support and engagement they offer to firms.

The FOS then has link throughs to further details on complaints relating to:

  • car finance
  • credit broking
  • debt collecting
  • financial difficulties
  • goods and services bought with credit
  • guarantor loans
  • home credit
  • logbook loans
  • payday loans
