LSB publishes guidance on Access to Banking Standard

LSB has published guidance on how firms should be applying the Access to Banking Standard in practice. The standard is designed to ensure customers affected by branch closures get sufficient communication and clarity on the reasons for closure, and support in accessing alternative services.
