HMRC publishes MLR risk assessment guidance

HMRC has published risk assessment information to help businesses carry out the money laundering and terrorist financing risk assessment required under the MLRs.  There are separate documents for each of:

• money services businesses;
• high value dealers; and
• estate and letting agency businesses.
