Up next from FCA

The latest Policy Development Update notes a reinvigoration of FCA in publishing consultation and discussion papers before the end of the calendar year.  It plans:

• consultation on amendments to accommodate the Breathing Space Regulations;
• consultation on fees policy;
• feedback to its consultation on debt advice levy rates; and
• policy or feedback statement on SEAR

It is also considering a policy statement on general insurance value measures reporting.  There is, though, no date given for outstanding feedback on several proposals in various quarterly consultations.
