Glen outlines stance on EU crowdfunding legislation

John Glen has written to Sir William Cash and Lord Kinnoull explaining the Government’s views on the EU Crowdfunding Regulation.  He notes that the Regulation takes effect after the end of the transition period, so the UK will be looking at whether it may choose to make any changes to its laws to reflect any of the provisions of the EU measures.  He also noted that the Regulation does not contain any third country equivalence measures, but that there is scope for this to happen.
