BoE publishes enforcement update

BoE has published the 2019/20 report of its Enforcement Decision Making Committee. The committee was set up in 2018 to decide contested enforcement cases and covers all regulatory areas where BoE has enforcement powers.

The report looks at membership of the Committee, cases (against Stuart Forsyth (a joint actin with the RCD currently before the Tribunal) and Michael Grimsdale – banned in February for contravening PRA requirements in relation to a credit union for which he was a director of an outsourced services provider) and general matters.
