Commission confirms MLD4 enforcement actions

The European Commission has confirmed further actions against Member States for failure correctly to transpose MLD4. It has sent letters of formal notice to Luxembourg, Slovakia and Slovenia, reasoned opinions to Czechia, Denmark and Italy and has referred Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands to the CJEU.
