Emma RadmoreESMA has extended the response date of all consultations due to close on or after 16 March by 4 weeks. This includes the consultation on technical standards for the provision of investment services and activities in the Union by third-country firms under MiFID 2 and MiFIR. The consultation will now close on 28 April.
