FCA compares bank fraud controls

FCA has published data on the fraud controls banks have in place, intended to help consumers compare what different banks do. UK Finance asked banks:

• what their approach to fraud prevention was;
• what controls the firm had in place
• what they do to educate their customers;
• how they contact their customers;
• how and when customers can contact them; and
• industry initiatives and collaboration they participate in.
