Emma RadmoreFCA has updated its pages on AML to take account of the coming into force of the changes to the MLRs implementing MLD5 and the regime for registration of those in the cryptoasset sector. It also confirmed the registration fees for businesses with revenue up to and including £250,000 as £2,000, and a fee of £10,000 for businesses with revenue exceeding £250,000.
