ESMA calls for evidence on product intervention measures

ESMA has launched a call for evidence to look at how effective the product intervention measures on CFDs and binary options have been. ESMA needs to report to the Commission on its experience, and welcomes views of market participants, consumers and industry associations. The call for evidence closes on 4 November.
