The guidance explains the requirement for all persons who hold or control funds or economic resources that belong to or are controlled by a designated person to provide OFSI with information on them in a standard form. This year, the deadline is 11 October. OFSI reminds firms of the possible penalties for failure to comply with sanctions legislation.
