FOS has updated its consumer credit resources

The updates published on 1st August 2019 relate to unaffordable lending and guarantor loans.

The resources provide details of the types of complaints the FOS tend to deal with and include details about how they assess the complaint.  The pages include specific examples of complaints dealt with and sets out the key law, rules and other standards that apply.
