Emma RadmoreESMA is consulting on draft guidelines regarding the compliance function under MiFID.
The proposals build on the existing 2012 guidelines by, among other aspects, addressing the changes MiFID II made to the compliance function requirements.
The closing date for comments is 15 October 2019, and the finalised guidelines are expected to be published in Q2 2020.
