FIN. TeamThe FCA has published a Call for Input, requesting the views of interested parties on the concept of cross-sector sandbox.
Since October 2018, the FCA has engaged with a range of regulators and a small group of firms to get an understanding of the wider innovation landscape and whether there could be a need for a cross-sectoral sandbox.
The call for input gives an overview of why the FCA conducted this work, highlights what a sandbox is and, using case studies, explains the opportunities and challenges a cross-sectoral sandbox could pose for firms and regulators.
The deadline for comments is 30 August 2019.
