Emma RadmoreThe Board of the International Organisation of Securities Commissions has published a consultation report on Crypto-Asset Trading Platforms which trade crypto-assets that have been categorised as securities.
The consultation seeks views on the identified issues, risks, key considerations and related toolkits. These key considerations include:
- access to crypto-asset trading platforms;
- safeguarding participant assets; and
- market integrity.
Comments are invited by 29 July 2019.
