Emma RadmorePRA is consulting on changes to its policy on the settlement of enforcement action. The consultation proposes changes to its Enforcement Statement of Policy.
The proposals include keeping the 30% discount for early settlement but removing the 20% and 10% discounts for settlement in the later stages of an enforcement action, and amendments to clarify the PRA’s procedures, and make them more transparent.
Responses are requested by 15 July 2019.
