EBA PSD2 API working group publishes second set of clarifications

The EBA has published the second set of responses to issues raised  by its Working Group on PSD2 APIs.  These issues relate to:

• API performance and support,
• the identification of Third Party Providers (TPP) that are interested in testing,
• testing by non-authorised TPPs, and
• further information on timelines for the fall-back mechanism exemption for ASPSPs.

These follow the first set of clarifications published earlier in April.
