Emma RadmoreESMA is renewing the restrictions on marketing, distribution or sale of CFDs to retail clients for a further 3 months from 1 May. Separately, it has also renewed the restrictions on binary options, so that these products can still not be marketed, distributed or sold to retail clients for a further 3 months from 2 April.
