Leveson and Osofksy give evidence in Bribery Act enquiry

Sir Brian Leveson and Lisa Osofsky (among others) were listed to give evidence to the Bribery Act Committee. They were expected to be asked questions such as:

• whether a company that self-reports at an early stage should be offered a DPA as a matter of course;
• the truth in a belief that some of the UK’s largest companies might always be offered a DPA regardless of the circumstances and
• whether they agreed with TI’s belief that punishing individuals is the best deterrent
