Emma RadmoreFMLC has published a report looking at contract continuity post-Brexit and highlights the legal uncertainties that will continue if there is no clear agreement on the UK/EU relationship. The paper, which reprises many views FMLC has already expressed, also looks at how not only legislation but also firms can take measures to mitigate the risks.
