Commission publishes Delegated Regulation on RTS on strong customer authentication and common and secure communication under PSD2

The Commission has published the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389, supplementing the revised Payment Services Directive with regard to regulatory technical standards (RTS) for strong customer authentication and common and secure open standards of communication.

It will  apply from 14 September 2019, with the exception of Article 30(3) and (5), which will apply from 14 March 2019.
