FCA proposes to apply its existing policy and procedure to the exercise of its enforcement powers under the Benchmarks Regulation. FCA also proposes to amend DEPP through a bespoke decision-making procedure for authorisation, registration, recognition and endorsement.
The consultation ends on 5 March 2018.
