BSB consults on good outcomes

The Banking Standards Board is consulting on what good banking outcomes look like to customers.  It is particularly interested in responses from consumer and civil society organisations. The consultation sets out how BSB is creating a “Consumer Framework” – it has set some principles which it is looking to embellish with outcomes and illustrative “real life” examples. It asks for comment by 26 January 2018.
