Commission makes MiFID 2 ITS

The Commission has made some of the outstanding technical standards under MiFID 2, and these have been published in the OJEU:

• ITS on standard forms, templates and procedures for supervisory co-operation;
• ITS on standard forms, templates and procedures for consulting other supervisors before granting authorisation; and
• ITS on standard forms and cooperation agreements in respect of a trading venue whose operations are of substantial importance in a host member state.

The ITS on forms for authorisation applications have not yet been published.
