Emma RadmoreJMLSG is consulting on revisions to its guidance, in light of the proposed new legislation implementing MLD4. The consultation covers changes to part 1, and includes a marked up version of each chapter. JMLSG says it has taken the opportunity not just to align the guidance with the draft MLR 2017 but also to make extensive changes to the material on electronic verification, and to reorganise the chapter on the risk-based approach. JMLSG asks for comments by 28 April.
