Emma RadmoreFCA has published a policy statement to report on the main issues arising from the Enforcement Review and the Green Report. It has also published the final amendments to its Glossary, DEPP and EG. Changes to the rules include new defined terms, changes to the rules on the operation of the RDC, the procedure for focused resolution agreements, expedited references to the Tribunal and warning notice statements. The rules are also amended in respect of referral criteria and case selection. Some rules took effect on 31 January and the new rules on party contested cases and the abolition of stage 2 and 3 discounts to penalty in settlement take effect from 1 March. PRA will be publishing a separate statement.
